With twelve experienced vets and over 30 support staff, our practice has the reputation of being the Launceston vet clinic of choice for exceptional pet care.

We are located at 266 Charles Street, just down from the Launceston General Hospital. We have a large car park so you will have no problems finding a place to park. Our clinic is divided into 2 separate buildings- the dog clinic at the front and the cat and “pocket pet” clinic at the back.
Both clinics have been carefully designed to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients and their owners. Each building has all the equipment we need to deal with any medical or surgical case. Our clinics have digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, digital dental radiography, in house blood laboratory- the list goes on.
Rest assured that if your pet needs help, the staff at the Animal Medical Centre have all the equipment we need to help get your pet back to health.

Our clinic is open 7 days a week including public holidays (closed Christmas Day).
Monday – Friday 7.30am- 7.00pm
Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Sunday and Public Holidays 10am- 5pm
